Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Jumbly / Polyhedron for using Jumbly at jumbly.games, including EmojiWords, Emojilock, Wordix, LinkUp, Word Orbit, game hubs, share tools, challenge links, support pages, PWA experiences, and optional account or subscription features. By using Jumbly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Terms Acceptance Records

• Anonymous gameplay is not blocked by a signup wall.
• When you create or sign in to an optional account, Jumbly may ask you to accept the current Terms and Privacy Policy.
• During closed beta, acceptance may be recorded on this device with the terms version, date, and account flow source.
• If backend account sync is enabled later, acceptance records may also be connected to your account profile where appropriate.

Age Guidance

• Jumbly is intended for general puzzle play and is not specifically directed to young children.
• If you are under the digital-consent age that applies where you live, use Jumbly with permission from a parent or guardian.
• Parents and guardians should supervise optional accounts, sharing, challenge links, future subscriptions, and future multiplayer features.
• Jumbly does not knowingly target advertising to children.

Closed Beta Status

• Jumbly is currently in closed beta. Features may change, break, pause, reset, or be removed while we improve the product.
• Labs games are experimental and may not have the same polish, puzzle depth, accessibility, or persistence as launch games.
• Social, leaderboard, archive, account, and subscription-related features may be previews or saved on this device unless clearly connected to an account service.
• Please report bugs, confusing puzzles, abusive behavior, or trust concerns through Feedback or Support.

Gameplay Usage

• Jumbly is designed for personal daily puzzle play, streaks, lightweight stats, sharing, and asynchronous challenges.
• Gameplay availability is not guaranteed. Puzzles, routes, streak systems, accounts, sharing, challenges, PWA behavior, and future subscription features may be unavailable, delayed, changed, reset, or discontinued.
• Puzzle rules, answers, scoring, feedback, streaks, availability, and difficulty may change as the product improves.
• Local progress may be lost if browser storage is cleared, the PWA is uninstalled, a device changes, or private browsing removes site data.
• We may correct, replace, remove, reset, or republish puzzles if we find mistakes, offensive material, quality issues, cheating, abuse, or technical problems.

Intellectual Property

• Jumbly retains ownership of the games, platform, software, visual design, UI, puzzle formats, original puzzle content, generated result formats, brand elements, and related materials, except where owned by third-party licensors.
• You may use Jumbly for personal entertainment and may share normal result text, screenshots, puzzle feedback, and challenge links for social purposes.
• Users retain ownership of their own shared content, such as comments, support messages, screenshots, and social posts they create, subject to any rights needed for Jumbly to operate, display, process, moderate, and improve the service.
• You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, frame, mirror, modify, or create derivative commercial products from Jumbly without permission.
• If you send feedback, bug reports, suggestions, puzzle ideas, or feature ideas, you grant us permission to use them to improve Jumbly without compensation or obligation.

Copyright / IP Ownership

• Unless otherwise stated, the Jumbly games, puzzles, names, mechanics, site content, copy, artwork, mascots, branding, and daily puzzle data are owned by Jumbly.
• Normal game result cards, spoiler-free share text, screenshots, and challenge links may be shared for personal, non-commercial social use.
• You may not copy, scrape, clone, reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or use Jumbly games, puzzle data, artwork, mascots, branding, site content, or daily puzzle data to build a competing product without permission.
• Jumbly does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, libraries, frameworks, open-source dependencies, browser platforms, app stores, analytics providers, payment providers, or other third-party materials.
• Copyright and IP concerns can be raised through the Copyright page or Support route.

Copyright and IP Concerns

• Jumbly respects copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
• If you believe content on Jumbly infringes your rights, use the Copyright and IP page or Support route with enough detail for us to identify the material.
• We may review, edit, hide, remove, replace, or restrict access to material while we assess a report.
• False, incomplete, or unclear reports may delay review.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Puzzle generation may use AI assistance for candidates, hints, explanations, categories, difficulty scoring, quality validation, and admin review workflows.
• AI-generated or AI-assisted content can be incomplete, incorrect, ambiguous, outdated, or inappropriate despite review.
• We may edit, approve, reject, remove, or replace AI-assisted puzzle content at any time.
• Jumbly gameplay should not be treated as professional, educational, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice.

Acceptable Use

• Use Jumbly only for lawful, personal, non-abusive puzzle play.
• Choose usernames, avatars, profile details, feedback, and shared content that are respectful and not offensive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or impersonating someone else.
• Do not interfere with Jumbly's availability, security, storage, analytics, challenge links, account systems, payment systems, AI systems, or puzzle infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, clone, automate, reverse engineer, overload, exploit, or bypass game logic, rate limits, access controls, moderation controls, or future paid features.
• Do not submit, share, or transmit harmful, illegal, hateful, harassing, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise abusive content through Jumbly.
• Do not use Jumbly to build, train, benchmark, or operate a competing product without written permission.

No Cheating, Bots, or Automation Abuse

• Do not use bots, scripts, automated solvers, scraping tools, replay tools, modified clients, or artificial traffic to manipulate gameplay, streaks, leaderboards, challenges, subscriptions, analytics, or puzzle outcomes.
• Do not reverse engineer private APIs, bypass rate limits, mass-create challenge links, farm referral flows, or interfere with local-first fallback behavior.
• Jumbly may reset results, remove challenge links, restrict accounts, or block abusive activity where needed to protect fair play and service stability.

Limitations of Liability

• Jumbly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jumbly / Polyhedron and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for lost saved progress, lost streaks, unavailable gameplay, unavailable puzzles, incorrect answers or hints, AI-assisted content errors, failed shares, expired challenge links, account access issues, or third-party platform behavior.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use Jumbly in the prior three months or 100 USD, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Challenge and Social Systems

• Challenge links, share cards, copied result grids, native share sheets, and future social systems are intended for friendly play.
• You are responsible for where you post or send shared content and for respecting the rules of third-party platforms.
• We may limit, expire, remove, moderate, or disable challenge links, shared content, social features, or comparison results to prevent abuse, protect players, or maintain service quality.
• Shared content may include game names, result grids, puzzle numbers, completion status, attempts, rotations, mistakes, and Jumbly branding.

Future Multiplayer

• Some Jumbly games may include asynchronous challenge or multiplayer-ready architecture. These systems are not live real-time matchmaking unless clearly stated.
• Future multiplayer may add friend groups, leaderboards, challenge history, moderation controls, reporting, blocking, rate limits, and anti-abuse systems.
• We may restrict or remove multiplayer, challenge, or social features to protect players, prevent abuse, or preserve game integrity.

Optional Account Systems

• You can play without an account, and login should not be required for core gameplay.
• If optional accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Account features may include cross-device streak sync, saved stats, puzzle history, profile settings, challenge history, subscription status, and support records.
• Account deletion, export, correction, suspension, recovery, and sync behavior will continue to mature as production account operations are finalized.

Future Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are not required for current core gameplay.
• Future paid plans may offer archive access, extra puzzle packs, themes, advanced stats, early access games, or other benefits.
• Before subscriptions launch, we will provide pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, tax information, refund terms, trial details, and payment processor terms.
• Payment information should be handled by a third-party payment processor rather than stored directly by Jumbly.

Termination Rights

• You may stop using Jumbly at any time.
• We may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to Jumbly, accounts, challenge links, support channels, subscriptions, or future social features if we believe there is abuse, security risk, illegal activity, non-payment, operational risk, or violation of these terms.
• We may also change, pause, reset, discontinue, or replace games, puzzles, features, content, AI workflows, analytics, subscriptions, accounts, or integrations.
• Some terms, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, payment obligations, and dispute-related provisions, may continue after access ends.

Dispute Handling

• If you have a concern, please contact support@jumbly.games first so we can try to resolve it informally.
• A formal dispute process, notice address, escalation path, limitation period, arbitration or court process, and class-action wording should be reviewed before wider public launch.
• Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Governing Law

• Governing law and venue should be reviewed with the Jumbly / Polyhedron operating entity and launch jurisdiction before wider public launch.
