Help with Jumbly games, bugs, puzzle feedback, device-saved progress, accounts, sharing, and support requests.
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These pages describe the current Jumbly closed beta and planned platform features in plain language. We will keep them updated as accounts, analytics, subscriptions, and wider launch systems mature.
Contact Support
For help with games, saved progress, sharing, privacy requests, or account questions, email support@jumbly.games. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless we specifically ask for it.
Bug Reports
- Tell us which game or route had the issue, such as EmojiWords, Emojilock, Wordix, LinkUp, Word Orbit, /games, /account, or /pricing.
- Include your device, browser, operating system, and whether you are using Jumbly as an installed PWA or in a normal browser tab.
- Describe what happened, what you expected, and any visible error message.
- Mention whether the problem affects guesses, streaks, stats, sharing, challenge links, audio, install behavior, accounts, or subscriptions.
- Screenshots are helpful, but please crop out personal information.
Puzzle Feedback Guidance
- If a puzzle feels unfair, ambiguous, culturally unclear, offensive, too easy, or too hard, send the game name and puzzle date or number.
- For EmojiWords, include the emojis, your answer, and why the phrase felt unclear.
- For Emojilock, include the lock, emoji key, clue, and whether the explanation felt fair.
- For Wordix, include the answer if revealed, invalid-word behavior, and any feedback tiles that looked wrong.
- For LinkUp, include the selected words, solved category, or one-away feedback that felt incorrect.
- For Word Orbit, include the target words, ring letters, rotations, and what did not solve as expected.
Account Deletion
- Accounts are optional.
- Use /account/delete to submit a closed beta deletion request or clear data saved on this device.
- If you are signed in, support may need to verify your account before account data is deleted.
- If you play anonymously, most progress is saved on this device. You can remove it by clearing browser site data or uninstalling the PWA.
Privacy Requests
- Use /privacy/request for access, export, deletion, correction, objection, restriction, or consent withdrawal requests.
- Use /privacy/controls to update cookie preferences, analytics consent, and device-saved data controls.
- Use /account/export to download a JSON copy of Jumbly data saved on this device.
Copyright and IP Concerns
- Use /copyright or contact legal@jumbly.games to report copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property concerns.
- Include the route, game, puzzle number, screenshot, and a short explanation of the concern where possible.
Local Progress Troubleshooting
- Do not clear site data if you want to keep local streaks, stats, onboarding state, or game progress.
- Check whether you are using a different browser, private browsing mode, device, or PWA installation.
- Browser privacy settings, storage cleanup tools, or uninstalling the PWA may remove saved progress.
Sharing and Challenge Links
If a copied result, native share sheet, visual share card, or challenge link does not work, include the game, approximate time, target platform, and whether the issue happened while copying, pasting, opening, or sharing.
Known Beta Limitations
- Most data is saved on this device unless optional account sync is enabled.
- Challenge links and async multiplayer flows are lightweight in several games and may not work across devices without backend support.
- AI generation, moderation queues, subscriptions, app-store disclosures, and billing support are still being prepared.
- Some newer games are MVPs and may need deeper accessibility, input, and mobile testing before broad public launch.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are not required for current core play. If paid features launch, this page should include billing support, cancellation instructions, refund policy links, payment processor information, and expected response times.
Response Times
Priority should go to security issues, privacy requests, account access, billing issues if subscriptions launch, and reports involving harmful or offensive content.
FAQ
Quick Answers
The short version, without making you dig through support boilerplate.
No. Jumbly is designed to be playable without an account. Optional accounts may later help save streaks and stats across devices.
